Mixed media installation, looking at online loneliness and generational anxieties - being seen but never seen as relationships develop and unravel online. The work seeks to make the immaterial material - the physical sensation of dread, anticipation, panic, anxiety turned into a weighted object; messenger typing dots cast in concrete. The installation is set to the sound of messenger ‘pings’, making audiences wonder who was texting them, creating unease.
